Samantha Manchik, LCSW Clinical Director and Trauma Specialist

Samantha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, adults and couples. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse and mood disorder, using modalities such as EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support rapid and profound healing.

She offers a unique blend of trauma-informed therapy and holistic support to help you break through long-standing emotional patterns and reconnect with your sense of self. Her work focuses on healing the root causes of trauma, anxiety, depression and overwhelm, so that you can move forward with clarity confidence and peace.

With a compassionate and strength-based approach, Samantha provides education, skills and support to help you achieve your goals. She is honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Dr. Brent Larsen, MD Medical Director

Dr. Brent Larsen serves as the Medical Director at Strive Health & Wellness, where he provides medical evaluations and prescribing oversight for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). He collaborates closely with the clinical team to ensure treatment is delivered safely and in alignment with each client’s individual needs.

Dr. Larsen is a licensed physician with a background in emergency and acute care medicine, bringing strong expertise in patient safety, medical assessment, and clinical decision-making. He supports individuals seeking innovative treatment options for depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and other concerns that have not responded adequately to traditional approaches.

Charmaine Dorsey, LMSW Therapist

Charmaine Dorsey is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, grief, and life transitions. She takes a trauma-informed approach, recognizing how past experiences, stress, and nervous system patterns can impact emotions, relationships, and daily functioning.

Charmaine’s style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Clients often experience her as calming, supportive, and easy to talk to. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build practical coping skills while also developing deeper self-understanding and emotional resilience. Her goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

Charmaine believes healing happens when individuals feel safe, understood, and supported and that small, consistent steps can lead to lasting transformation.

Alexandria Gaeta, LMSW Therapist

Alex is a Licensed Master Social Worker who helps individuals explore their experiences with curiosity and reconnect with what feels meaningful in their lives. She works with adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and substance use, and has experience supporting veterans and survivors of domestic violence.

Alex’s approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and arts-based interventions. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys gaming and creating her own art, reflecting her appreciation for creativity, connection, and the many ways people find meaning and expression in their lives.

Andrea Nighswander, LMSW Therapist

Andrea Nighswander is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a unique combination of lived professional experience and deep compassion to her clinical work. 

Her approach is empathetic, solutions-focused, and grounded in advocacy. Drawing on trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Andrea helps clients explore the root causes of their struggles while building practical skills for lasting change. She believes true healing goes beyond symptom relief and that it must attend to mind, body, and spirit together, honoring each individual’s unique story and inherent dignity to foster growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

Yesenia Barkley, LMSW Therapist

Yesenia Barkley is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to her work with individuals across the lifespan. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and able to reconnect with their inner resilience—while also helping them clarify their values, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate the grit needed to move forward with intention.

Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience across schools, healthcare, hospice, and juvenile settings. Yesenia supports individuals in navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex experiences, with a focus on fostering meaningful, lasting change. She believes healing is not just about getting through difficult moments, but about rediscovering purpose, empowerment, and a deeper connection to oneself.

Outside of her professional work, Yesenia enjoys singing, writing poetry, exploring new food experiences, and embracing moments of creativity and self-expression.

Jenny Karner, LMSW Therapist

Jenny is a  Licensed Master Social Worker who provides bilingual therapy in English and Spanish. She offers a warm and supportive environment for individuals with diverse backgrounds, specializing in family dynamics and behavioral health. 

Jenny utilizes a strength-based approach to empower her clients. Her primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Practices. Jenny has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety , and substance use disorders.

Valuing professionalism, discretion, and clear communication, Nataly takes pride in providing thoughtful support across each stage of the care process.

With a calm, grounded presence and heart for service, Pavel Manchik brings over two decades of leadership and resilience into his work as a Wellness Coach. A retired Army veteran and dedicated family man, Pavel offers more than fitness plans, he offers a path to balance, strength and vitality.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Physiology, Pavel supports individuals and groups in cultivating sustainable health through personalized coaching that honors the body, nourishes the mind and up lifts the spirit. Whether guiding one-on-one sessions or leading community wellness events, his approach is rooted in empathy, consistency and connection.
